  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and markings.

  • After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns if items are not returned in their original condition.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the EU, you may cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery, under EU consumer law.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Proof of Return Required

  • Proof of shipment (e.g., courier receipt or photo of the shipping label)

  • The shipment date and return address used

Without verifiable tracking, we cannot issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded. If you no longer want the item, please follow the return procedure and ship it to the provided address.
